The Pre-Primary Inter-House Sports Meet took place on 30th January. The day was full of colour, laughter, and excitement. The event began with the hoisting of house flags. Then, we lit the ceremonial Olympic torch to mark the start of the day.
The four houses—Aithales, Nasmaws, Isosukaws, and Semnaws—took part with great energy and team spirit. The children enjoyed many fun activities. These included tricycle races, jumping events, and ball collection games. Throughout the day, cheers and laughter filled the grounds as each child joined in with joy.
One of the highlights was the drill display. The children performed with confidence and enthusiasm. They showed great teamwork and effort. Our teachers and divisional head guided them from the first practices to the final performance. Because of their support, the event ran smoothly.
The day also showed the values we teach at school. The children encouraged one another. They showed kindness and did not give up. Their actions reminded us of Galatians 6:9: “Let us not grow weary in doing good.” It was wonderful to see them take part with joy and fairness.
Our Chief Guest, Mr. Paul, enjoyed the event and praised the children for their participation and sportsmanship. At the same time, our teachers worked hard behind the scenes to keep everything running well.
Overall, it was a joyful and meaningful day. The children created happy memories that they will carry with them for a long time.
