At All Nations International School, we celebrated Children’s Day on 1st October with laughter, joy, and a splash of playful chaos. Students came dressed as their favorite characters or in their favorite outfits—so our hall was a colorful mix of superheroes, princesses, fairies, and wizards. It was like stepping into a joyful, slightly chaotic storybook!
The day began with a meaningful assembly led by our teachers, reminding The day began with a meaningful assembly led by our teachers, reminding everyone that God made each child wonderfully and uniquely (Psalm 139:14). Even the ones dressed as flying dragons or glittery fairies were part of His perfect plan!
Then, the real fun began: our teachers hit the stage, leaving students in awe. These are the same teachers who usually say, “Sit down!” and “Stop running!”— but now they were dancing, singing, and acting like Broadway stars. Division 1 teachers performed a lively action dance that had kids clapping, laughing, and attempting their own questionable dance moves.
Division 2 teachers followed with a hilarious action song, inspiring students to try (and fail gloriously) to mimic the moves.
Division 3 teachers staged a drama filled with exaggerated Gen-Z slang, funny faces, and plot twists that had everyone giggling uncontrollably.
Afterward, the celebration spilled into every division: Division 1 enjoyed a play castle, face painting, and fun games that left kids messy but gleeful. Divisions 2 and 3 took part in wacky races, teamwork games, and silly challenges that created endless laughter.
Every child received a gift and ice cream, which made the day even sweeter.
Between the costumes, giggles, and creative chaos, it was clear that joy is a gift from God meant to be celebrated.
Children’s Day 2025 reminded us that kids are God’s little lights—bright, bold, and wonderfully unique. May we continue to nurture their faith, joy, and laughter every day.
